Python needs an update:

Python would be a Tavor TS12 automatic shotgun with rotating tube magazines. It's heavy, doesn't have a fast fire rate, but it can fire a ridiculous array of ammunition, and they're working on the ability to fire all the barrels at once (GILess)

we get our tea from beans, we get our cookies from beans, and GODDAMIT some of us get our milk and sugar from beans too.

It's the American way.

my employer fired a double digit percentage of their workforce and then instituted draconian RTO policies to, in the words of an actual HR leader, "get rid of a few more without paying severance".

Within 3 weeks almost half as many people as they had fired had quit. Pretty much every single team lost their most critical employees. They started back pedaling that policy at week four, but they don't realize the only good people left are just being picky about which offer they take from where.

I feel like I'm summoning a roko's basilisk here, but here we go:

Google should entice people to watch the ads. They should slip in random "free YouTube premium for a month just for you!" ads or quick time events or whatever that you only get when you don't block ads.

"Thanks for watching the ad! Here's an extra 10GB of storage, or points to our store, or whatever!"

Giving out free whatever premiums to your gigantic ass ecosystem to some tiny ass percent of your users will EASILY increase eyeballs faaaaaar more than this blocking shit.

13K ish for a model 3/Y. The X and S, that cost north of 80K after options, are in the 20K range for battery replacement.

That said, the batteries have an 8 year /150Kish mile warranty that kicks in at 70% capacity retention. So even if it's functional but losing enough capacity, they'll replace it
