Joining in, any tips for a good electric kettle or thermopot?
I tried the cheap ones, and expensive ones, even in-the-middle ones. All of them suckers keep burning down in a year or two.

No. The arrow function in where eliminates any possibility of using indexes. And how do you propose to deal with logical expressions without resorting to shit like .orWhereNot()
and callback hell? And, most importantly, what about joins?
Something something http://[2607:f8b0:4004:c09::8a] and http://3627734062 are valid url's without a dot, and are probably valid for emails too, but I'm too lazy to actually verify that.
I started lurking twitter somewhat regularly only after the reddit meltdown, and I'm already got so used to X that I instinctively type X into the address bar and press enter to go there. The problem is, it takes me to xvideos.com instead...
It's not the amount of services that's the problem, the competition is aleays a good thing. It's exclusives that are the problem. Almost noone is complaining about origin and uplay even thouhh it's games are available via a launcher launching yet another launcher. But epic? Everyone hates epic precisely because of their exclusive deals taking content off of other platforms. And for streaming, I guess if some of the players worked out some deal to get their hands on exclusives from other platforms, people would stop complaining about it, even if they jack up the prices to ultimately end up with the same amount of revenue.
There's literally no way they could do that without being sued into ashes.
I have never been on Instagram, only joined last year because apparently doing business over it's messenger is now a norm. Subscribed to a few of my friends and was terrified. I know them, I know they're not living like that, but the amount of effort they put into trying to appear more successful than they actually are is astounding. It's not just showing the good things and hiding the bad ones like people on e.g. facebook do, but spending hours every day into faking it and outdoing each other. Two have actual depression and should seek help ASAP, but on Instagram they are trying to twist it in some kind of brag/motivation/skit to show how better they are than others. This is absolutely unhealthy, and I am now advising everyone to get off it and stay away for the sake of their own mental health.
I'm an elite FBI KGB K-unit traffic guard. You dun goofed with your silly hacking attempts as I've traced your IP back to ::1. Prepare to get your ass counter-hacked
In my hometown there's two types of public transit: municipal and commercial. I was surprised to learn that a lot of folk, even the younger ones, only travel by former, even though the commercials are a lot faster, frequent and more comfortable. When asked why, the answer is the same: If anything happens on municipal transport - you can sue the transport company and even the city itself. If anything happens on a commercial line - there's only a migrant driver and "Individual Enterpreneur John Doe" with a few leased buses to his name. Trust definitely plays a factor here, but you're right that it's definitely not based on technical knowledge.
Sent two to ER, didn't help. Damn kids have no self-preservation instinct, especially bullies for whom playing with fire is their entire thing.
In my opinion, the school is just a glorified daycare and it's terrible at it. Kids are inherently dumb and because they are dumb they are cruel. And, worst thing of all, is that they take example from others so putting them up together is the worst idea possible. Kids should be surrounded by adults, not other kids. I will do my best to prevent mine from going to school, or, at the very least, make sure they attend a smaller one with reduced classes. Less kids = less problems.
We just have to build a transatlantic power line - It's always sunny somewhere in the world /s
Thanks, I'll check it out. Yeah, there's not much features to expect from a teapot other than maybe specific cutoff temperatures for brewing exotic sorts of tea. Other than that, reliability is the main concern, and I've had even the seemingly well built ones suddenly die on me for no particular reason.
