Plenty have been fighting for it, but there's an uphill battle against "but that's socialism and socialism is evil!" and those that personally benefit financially who stand in the way.

That room has a very specific odor that I can't quite describe, but I trust you know it as well.

As close as you can get to "eat soon". It'll have a decent air pocket developed and the membrane adhering to the shell will be weaker.

It depends? I know some people who have low tolerance to anything scary/horror or even intensely suspenseful and would lose sleep over some of the things I go to sleep listening to. I don't truly scare easily, but there are some stories that under the right circumstances will creep me out enough to want some eye bleach before going to bed in the house alone. My favorite is when I have my earbuds set to noise cancelling and I really get into a story and think that someone else in the house is gone or sleeping, then I see them and scare the shit out of myself lol.

Yep - if it's an expense I have to pay monthly anyway and might as well use one card for my expenses then pay it off every month and reap the rewards points/cash back.

Oh, in America you still have to provide those things too, AND have a decent credit score.

There's always the "aw fuck it, roll it in cocoa powder" approach lol.

For marketability, it's horrendous. While I'm open to dramatic, unique, and off the wall stuff it's still not my taste.

BUT! I would absolutely take advantage of the discount I'd get on the property after it's spent over a year on the market. I also wouldn't be in a rush to remodel, but would look for ways to highlight it till the novelty wore off.

Not a Texan, but as I understand if a state connects to other states then there are federal regulations that need to be followed.
