I was going to say nothing but I remembered that I did get a vasectomy recently so I guess there’s lots of uninhibited sex with my partner to look forward to
How was the process and recovery?
Really not that bad considering. Really not much pain during the procedure cos they numb you up (getting numbed wasn’t fun but it kicks in while it’s being administered) and then it takes about 15 minutes. After it was done, I was able to hobble on out of there immediately after just about. During the recovery, you wear a jock strap (undeez makes one for it that also lets you slip in ice packs) and ice up. The procedure I had was a newer, even less invasive one so I didn’t even need pain pills afterwards, just alternated ibuprofen and acetaminophen and ice and that was ample (lots of edibles too). It could get to be a dull pain from time to time and then just had to avoid jostling my nads around or lifting much weight. The anticipation of the procedure was definitely way worse than actually going through it

I am a historic reenactment nerd, and both the halberd and sword I ordered from two different smiths should be done this spring. FYI it takes a long time to get quality reproduction pieces made.
Do they work as a real sword and Halberd? We might need it
They won't have sharpened edges. There are too many events that don't allow sharps.

Quite a bit. I'm just about ready to start house shopping, hoping to move before summer is out. I'm looking for a single story, a bit more storage space, and a good sized backyard. I'm going to put a hammock back there.
It's going to be nice if I can get a good deal.
- Good friends of mine are getting married this year, looking forward to celebrating them and enjoying the party
- Same for my sister, her partner and her are pretty low key but I'm really happy for them
- Checking out a few new music festivals around the summer

- Finally buying some cheap HDDs and start my k3s + podman kubernetes homelab tinkering
- Doing some other hobby coding
- Maybe getting a gf, but I know myself, I need to be picked up basically at this point
- Just improving in a lot of stuffs

Hopefully EOL been disabled without income and can't get a job and disability says I'm not disabled when I clearly a, fascism is extreme, fear of just existing here is horrible, don't want to go into slavery (aka jail) or internment camps (or whatever the politically correct words are now)

Moving to Maine. Finally got the position I applied for internally.
Canning salsa for the first time, playing Blue Prince when it comes out, continue to cuddle a kitten and teach her to be a Good Cat (impossible)
I got out of a long term relationship and should take time and spend it by myself before I jump into another relationship
End of the year in December, a digital comic for Brok the Investigator is going to be released and I helped back it on Kickstarter, so I am at least getting a digital copy of it. Can't remember if I sprung for the physical release or not.
Also, I'm hoping the DLC they have planned, the Brawl Bar, comes out because I'm definitely purchasing it ASAP.
Getting real close to a promotion I'm eyeballing a while now!
