Sure. Me. I've lived in and traveled to many states with paths that are part of the Trail. There is a very nicely maintained, popular walking and biking path in my hometown that is part of the Trail. Most people who use it probably aren't aware it's part of the Trail.

I’d love to live in an America where I felt safe biking it. Not that I could afford to anyways
