Nope, absolutely not, and I would have been extremely surprised if he had been an option at all since he isn't in any way established in the political world here in Sweden

You can take a blank ballot, and write the name of the political party you want to vote for, and it will be counted.

Trump did not participate in the latest Swedish election, so it would be impossible for any one to submit a valid ballot for Trump.
