The menstrual cycle is extremely complicated. Somewhere in my storage boxes there's an entire page of each different hormone that are all dependent on each other via negative/positive feedback loops. It's crazy complicated and it's a wonder there's a schedule at all.
I have a friend whose cycle is consistently 28 days long, and she can predict it down to a few hour window. I think she's a witch.
This was me when I was on the pill. I knew exactly what day and what hour it would start.
That's seriously impressive. She should participate in menstrual cycle studies as a control lol.
