I did a Behavior Activation Therapy course and we used a tool similar to what you posted in the OP.

Only we listed a few activities along with how difficult we thought it would be. Each morning we would reflect on the activities we got done and write down how difficult they actually ended up (sometimes more or less). And make a new list.

The process helped me to challenge a lot of thoughts and emotions around activities.

Corporations are inherently evil.

More and more people are using speech to text. And it does show how differently people speak than write (apparently I never say my be in because, for example).

But it also means that llms aren't only being fed text, but also speech converted into text.

This is more like her insisting you not eat cashews, because she hates cashews.

Only in this case her hate is homophobic/transphobic. Women can wear boy stuff. And men can, in theory, wear 'queer' stuff. As long as it's not her partner doing it.

So, left equals centrist I see.

Yeah I'm not a fan of it lol. Thanks though.

How does it check for bias? Because pink news isn't left on trans issues. Yet it ranks as left with high credibility.

As well as revealing epigenetics. Which killed the nature/nurture shit.

In older mice the best telomere therapies are increasing lifespan by ~15%. Max human lifespan is currently ~120. So, if those same therapies work on old billionaires they still wouldn't live past 150.

Models for extending life in young mice and mice zygotes hit around ~25%.

200 isn't within our grasp currently. 150 is if the animal models work on humans. But the treatments work better the younger the animal. Working best on embryos.

Tldr: It's unlikely today's billionaires will live past 150 without a breakthrough in telomere research.

I was going to say a frog since they can change sex.

But jellyfish can apparently change sex and be immortal, so, I change my answer to the immortal jellyfish too.

XY people AFAB have a genetic condition that makes their bodies insensitive to testosterone. Their testicles never drop. They don't develop body hair or menstrate.

And they have more trouble than XX women developing muscle mass.

None of this has anything to do with the Olympics because Fox News is making shit up.

Some animals do have language and animals that are around people a lot likely have an inner voice that is their owner's voice.

They likely don't plan using this voice, the way people do. But it certainly influences their behavior.

A dog that's been yelled at for getting in the garbage might hear a no in their head even if their owners at work.
