The fact that it's got a dedicated hardware button that is locked to something useless/arbitrary (bixby...)

People like that will be mad either way. There's no right answer.

Dog date. I've had good luck with those, and it kind of takes off the pressure.

Really? I'd consider a movie like 2nd or 3rd date material, but I guess if you're having an event after it would make sense.

It definitely shows. I hope you are able to keep your passion for it too.

I feel like this should be a weekly contest or something, the comments here are fantastic.

Dude, that is awesome!

Tagging along from one of the previous posts about people's jobs, what are your favorite things about your job. If you can't think of anything, then what are your least favorite things about it or what do you think you'd like to do instead if you could?

My favorite thing is the appreciation we get from passerby. I've never had a job where people are genuinely appreciative of what we are doing, and it's nice to get that feedback from people even though the work itself can be pretty difficult. If there wasn't that for my job, it would certainly be less rewarding.

My options for internet connectivity are very limited. I was wondering if I could go to a library or coffee shop or wherever has a good connection and do all my downloading remotely, or if I will run into problems/restrictions.

I'm thinking they may not allow VPN's or something like that?

Hey, I'm interested in tips/recommendations for improving my shopping experience when going into stores that have loud music playing. I don't want to be unaware of my surroundings by not being able to hear at all, but the obnoxious levels to which many stores blast their (objectionably atrocious) music (as well as other loud/constant noise that is happening) is almost unbearable to me and really makes me not be able to think straight when I'm in the store. I've got my own task list and agenda, and when I can't think about things clearly it really slows down my whole process.

I'm wondering if any of those decibel reducer ear plugs would be a viable option? I feel like I've seen those recommended a few times.

I've experimented by wearing noise cancelling earbuds before, which kind of worked, but this presented some level of unawareness that I didn't like and also seems kind of rude in a way? There's got to be a better solution.

Thanks for reading.

I've been using this app for quite a while now, and I like the way it's designed, but I'm wondering if there's a better equivalent.
