I want this shirt.
scytale
White noise of a fan. I always have one on when sleeping so hearing that sound reminds me of a cozy nap.
I kinda remember the original caption of the meme saying this person somehow looks like a man, woman, young, and old all at the same time.
worse for battery longevity (level 3 chargers)
Is this because the power on fast charges is too high and bad for batteries in the long run?
I have personalities with subtle differences depending on the group I’m with in person.
- My spouse - my truest self, very little to hide and keep to myself.
- Immediate family - not very personal. My family has never been very openly affectionate growing up.
- Bandmates - a little more assertive and leader-like.
- Workmates and strangers - the identity I mostly go with in public. More introverted, less talkative, and very guarded.
If I absolutely have to, yes. If I don't need to, I avoid it and prefer to mind my own business. For example, I sometimes attend some happy hour events for people in my field of work. Obviously you have to have some small talk, but I usually only engage if someone strikes a conversation. If not, then I'm happy just eating and drinking while watching whatever is on the bar tv. If I'm attending a show, concert, or game, I don't strike a conversation with strangers at all.
And you’re still alive right? /s. Akin to the people who said Musk’s firing of twitter employees was a genius move because the site was “still running” after all that.
We rotate between Almond and Coconut. Almond for stuff where the milk needs to be more neutral tasting. Coconut if we want a more creamy texture. We used to also like Oat (least wasteful on water during production vs almond), but it's high in carbs so we avoid it now. Also, we actually use 0% fat lactose-free milk as well for coffee because it just tastes better than the alternatives for coffee.
Are you sure you've NEVER shared the qr code with anyone? If so, what is it actually for? Because a qr code's purpose is to be shared. If you've ever shared it before, people can have copies of it. I myself take a picture of a qr code and load it from my camera roll instead of directly opening the link from my camera, because I want to keep a copy of it.
Now if you truly haven't shared it to anyone, then it is either a bug with whatever app, website, or mechanism you generated the qr code from and it's alerting you; or it's an IOS bug; with the former the more likely. Like others have said, this is absolutely not normal behavior on a non-jailbroken iphone. And to Apple's credit, the iphone is pretty secure. This should be the order of steps before going nuclear:
-
Find out if the source of the issue is the app or mechanism the QR code is using to alert you. Check if it's a bug or it's actually a malicious/rogue app.
-
If that's all good, clean up your phone. Check which apps have access to your camera and microphone, and disable anything you don't need or trust. Delete apps if necessary.
-
If that still doesn't stop it, hard reset your phone.
I just use Audacious with a winamp skin. Looks identical but actually FOSS.
The video on the article is even funnier. They didn’t even mask the person’s voice, so it just sounds like a dude talking through a speaker. And he fumbled pronouncing “autonomous”.
Never pay for professional certs out of your own pocket. Your employer should be paying for it. If they are willing to pay for it without a bond (I know some companies tie you down for a specific time and if you quit before then, you have to pay it back), then go for it.
