Yes it does. Free speech is also freedom of expression, and that includes art and imagery. I don't know what you mean by "actually spoke to someone" or what that supposedly changes.

The first amendment literally includes freedom of expression.

I block them. I don't need to dislike them or anything. I just don't find them interesting and will never interact with them, so blocking is one of the ways to accomplish that and has no downsides.
