Welcome!

See this post on [email protected] for a guide how to find communities / resources that help

I recommend subscribing to more things that you might have on Reddit, and hunting around on the pages linked above for stuff related to your interests

I guess in that case, put the camera outside (visual deterrent), and use a motion detector/light/alarm system inside. The camera aspect inside doesn't seem to help.

The exception being those who aren't able to or allowed to place cameras outside I guess, but even then you should probably point it at the door

Mozilla introduces a new website compatibility report tool in Firefox that Firefox users may use to report broken sites to the organization.

Nice, I assume this is to go with their recent efforts to call out monopolistic/ anticompetitive behavior?

Now on the rare occasion I need to open up Chrome, I'm going to take a moment to file a report. From memory, it's been a problem with certain google docs authentication steps, and a federal government finance site.

"Reddit but run by non profits" is the simplest I find, even though that's not completely accurate

How do you go about replacing things, is it a lot of research? trial and error? Scanning?

I think we have places nearby where you can order something printed, but I didn't get around to making the file itself

I have files download / export to desktop pretty often since I use it as a visual workspace (I can drag things around freely), and I got used to hitting that button. Since it's in the corner, it was easy to throw the mouse down there, similar to the X in the top right

I could get used to the keyboard shortcut though, especially because that one is reversible

I eat fries and burgers with my hands, sometime I like drinking from a straw and much more

These ones feel pretty normal, at least where I am

I guess they figured out where people clicked a lot and put the button there?

Looking forward to the Google search trends for "disable copilot"

Yea that's what I've heard, and I personally keep stuff plugged in

It was a recent article by iFixit, so I thought I'd share it ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

potential spam bot?

I thought the write-up was worth sharing, the dev talks a bit about the process. The app itself looked free and it's labeled as not collecting any data, so I didn't think much of it

Although if there ARE concerns I'm happy to take it down
