Not sure what I'm supposed to take from technical docs being posted in a tech news comm

Ohh I was referring to the pic posted behind the "No problem" link in that user's comment lol
I can hear the case vibration in that picture lol
Two watermelons one peach sounds quite healthy
I personally use DuckDuckGo, but if you're just after avoiding handing your searches over to Google there are other more "palatably-named" alternatives like Startpage, OneSearch, Ecosia etc.
๐ฅฒ sadly not when the public infrastructure is maintained by a private company that goes bankrupt
R.I.P. my city's previous bike share scheme, ruined by vandals wrecking the charging docks and stealing the bikes. Our tax money could not save it due to corruption laws AFAIK
Yes, 1000%. This is exactly how I feel about this stuff.
We're here to escape from the world to some extent, not constantly be reminded about it, specifically the worst parts
Last year I could have bought a new PS5 every month for the cost of electricity. Things have settled now but it's still expensive - I switched a lot of my personal infra to the cloud and Intel NUCs to cut down the cost ๐ญ
IMO If people want to post hard political material on a mainstream meme community, I wish they would make a minimum effort to make it relatable to those outside of the various originator echo chamber communities.
The constant "US Bad" "China Bad" and adjacent topics targeting a specific political audience gets annoying with how repetitive it is - if it's not politics related to my region OR suggesting ways I can improve things, I could not honestly give a bigger dump
Those poor early leafs had no active cooling system for the batteries, being parked out in hot weather all day or doing heavy driving during the winter wasn't so kind to their capacity either
I use this, extremely handy app for inspecting links. It also warns you if the link contains unnecessary unicode chars, preventing the potential file extension issue with dot zip domains.
Easy to edit the config for the modules too - I added an additional filter to proxy Imgur images (via rewriting the url), as that site is partially blocked on my network
Would be nice if it appeared in the share menu
URLCheck is in the share menu for me, right beside my lemmy app lol. I can open the app and use the "test link" to paste a link in for editing too.
Not sure if you somehow got an older version, or maybe a different app?
The cleaning product sure lifts a lot of things out of the cracks ๐ดโโ ๏ธ
