Haven't seen a lot of talk about URLCheck.

It can clear useless URL parameters, unshorten shortened links, scan links with VirusTotal (API key required) or redirect you to privacy friendly websites like Nitter or Libreddit.

If you are interested checking it out, check out my guide I made on it too!

PS. I'm not affiliated with the dev/app in any way. Just wanted to share this useful app that no one has been talking about.

I'd love to have some URL cleaning and redirection options, but I can't seem to get this one to work. Maybe it's something with my configuration, but I can't seem to trigger the app.

Would be nice if it appeared in the share menu, or even if I could open the app and paste in the link for edits

URLCheck is in the share menu for me, right beside my lemmy app lol. I can open the app and use the "test link" to paste a link in for editing too.

Not sure if you somehow got an older version, or maybe a different app?
