One thing I love here is how I can disagree with someone and still have a civil discussion. It feels weirldy amazing to reach a consensus instead of just getting stuck in a cycle of unrelated personal insults. Sure, shitheads like that do still exist here, but I don't remember ever having a civil disagreement/argument on Reddit.

I also feel that I've embraced the practice of blocking & moving on a lot more after I moved here, and tried my best to be more constructive.

Also less circlejerking and "that's what she said"/"I also choose this guy's dead wife".

Girl how on earth do you look like a supermodel 24/7 when you're living in a post-apocalyptic wasteland, scavenging among ruins and debris for food so you won't have to resort to cannibalism??

Weaving. I though I'd have to get a huge-ass loom and all that, until I found a guide for making a small cardboard thingy with notches for the warp threads to get started, and later got one of those small kids' looms.

I'm not tech savvy and have noticed that many streaming sites are .ru, and as someone located in Finland, I want to make sure if they are dangerous to use.

You could turn invisibility on and off as you like and there would be no time limit. Your clothes would turn invisible too, and you could decide whether the items you are holding would be visible or not.

There would be no limits on how many times or where you could teleport. The items you hold while teleporting would be teleported too. You would also have the ability to know if the place would be safe to teleport to, so you wouldn't teleport and get impaled by an icicle or teleport inside a wall and get your insides filled with concrete or something.

Personally, I don't know which one would I pick. Invisibility would be awesome for pranks and stuff, but teleportation probably would be more useful for everyday life.

In Finnish we have "kissanristiäiset" (literally means a cat's christening), which means some trivial and meaningless celebration/event.

My pet peeve is the Finnish name "Yrjö". It comes from the Greek name "Geôrgios", which means farmer, but nowadays the word "yrjö" means vomit. 'Unique spellings' like some "Everleigh" also drive me crazy.
