What are you talking about? I take hour long video game breaks and nap breaks in addition to lunch. I probably actually code for like 3 hours a day, but I get more done in those 3 hours after charging up than if I'd sit there staring at code for 3 hours.
The main issue is that if Pluto is a planet, there's like 30 or so others that have to be also, for consistency.
What's funny is when I space out looking at my other monitor folks in the meeting just assume I'm working.

It's all placebo. Whatever you truly believe will cure them cures them. Once you figure this out you can just sort of meditate them away.
Have you seen the performance and efficiency of these arm chip? The performance and battery life of Apple's chips compared to the Intel chips before then? Intel should be absolutely embarrassed.
