Realistically you make choices and say no to many things so that you have the time and energy to spend on the few things you care more about.

Notice what's causing the stress and do something to help. Sometimes through meditation, breathing, stretching, exercise, sex, massage, good food, water, sleep, fresh air, sunlight, or some combination. In general you can change your environment or change your mind.

You make your life what you want. Figure out what you want, health, happiness, love, family, something, maybe all of the above. Then you go and get it. You need to do this yourself. Help yourself.

We already use them. Any interface between a brain and computer is a BCI. But as for a futuristic brain implant -- absolutely not. We need to go the opposite direction and return to nature.

Those are good behaviors regardless of whether they are considered masculine or feminine. In my mind femininity is inclusive of the strong beauty archetype. A highly capable person can be both a great leader and a great follower depending on the context.
