Oh God. I couldn't get past the 24 office chairs. It's like one of those things, the longer you look the worse it gets.
azerial
You don't have to, did you see one of the last pictures? It's completely unfinished and you can see the wiring. Romex running everywhere. x. x
I counted 24 office chairs. TWENTY FOUR. Why in the conference hell. lol
Whoa, there must have been a blow out sell on office chairs. Who needs normal chairs when you can have an office chair?!
Also, no central heat and air, window units... In that massively hot tin box.
Also I forgot to mention the floor to wall carpeting.
Man this place has it all! What a steal! lol
edit: I totally missed it, but did anyone clock the gigantic quilt sewing machine in slide 34?
Lots of "potential!"

Lol whatcha need help with?
Honestly, what i do is install docker using brew and spin up a saltbox instance on localhost. You can always bring it down by telling docker to stop but it's way better and it's containerized.
edit: let me know if you need help.
Alamo Drafthouse plays strange ads.. a lot of times they are movie reels from ages ago that follow the theme of the movie or it's a voice mail from an angry guest about how they got kicked out from the theater. Usually this: https://youtu.be/1L3eeC2lJZs?si=Z4i3cHrZ-twfVD_S or weird shit like this https://youtu.be/Ze5kyR3ogso?si=jTRIC-q6bcOjNHvC
I like a launcher called Total Launcher. There's a bit of a learning curve to get used to how it works, like for example, if you want to add a widget, you have to unlock the launcher by long pressing, selecting unlock, and adding an "application widget", but i like it.
I like the way it handles widgets. When you unlock it into edit mode, you can scale any widget and it provides guides to align them. And then once you lock it back, there's no risk of them moving. There's a ton of settings i don't use to make it very customized. I ended up buying a lifetime license.

Complete with Party City plastic table cloths.
edit: there's actually one pic that has those awful white chairs in it. Next to the conference table.
