You should have a big bad luck or they got some mods. The number of straight racism towards asians and south Americans I saw in World news made me literally block the community months ago. It was exactly the same as the reddit counterpart.

Not OP but the thing about locals is serious, in Brazil I know about some wind farms that had disrupted the life of locals because was made too close of their houses, and these windmills are very loud. Now ppl can't live a decent life there and energy companies gave compensation to them.
Dude I'm always surprised how shit health services are in some countries. I'm from Brazil and never got without meds in more 2 years of treatment. Now I'm moving to Portugal and I'm scared as fuck about it. But I always have the ER card. If I ever run out of medications I would run to an ER asking for more, I dont want want to die again, this is not an option where you are?

Im going from Brazil to Portugal (not related to politics, only saying), I'm going with the help of my company and still would need around 30x the Brazilian minimum wage for the entire trip. Only to get a house to leave would be 18 to 21x. All of this to still be far away from your family and all of this to sometimes be treated as an alien.
