Depends... will it generate shareholder value?

Plenty of responsibility for elmo, but don't remove shared blame from the many layers of individual greedy cowards beyond that who used this as convenient cover to approve changes in their own org's designs. Anything to make their extra pennies and not pass any of those savings on to the consumer (also so much easier to enable subscription car features, can't make a physical button disappear over the air)

I just want a coffee table book with pictures of these stupid executive's faces who approved the original all touchscreen versions that were becoming ubiquitous.

"Please you monsters, just pay, our children are getting older, and it's time they moved out and bought their OWN islands off Seattle!"

Probably, for as long as you feel persecuted at least- Provides relief for the perpetual guilt you feel carrying that ignorance around day to day and displaying it with such unearned pride (a facade that every person you attempt to "own" sees right through without a second of hesitation).

I don't sound angry. It's the internet, there isn't sound in posted text? It seems you must just read everything in your head with an assumed angry tone applied, because maybe you are a perpetual victim who thinks the world is against them?

Poster below gave you all the answer you'd ever need on this question you beg... If you have any integrity, add a note to your original comment to clarify that you were mistaken in your initial assumption and why.

But, doesn't seem likely that you will.

Can someone explain the meaning of the name and the people building this project please?

You're trusting how information is filtered and funneled to you with a search tool, but a change to take lightly. Google sucks, but they have a lot to lose, a lot of eyes on them and I know generally their base motivations.

"As much as I hate elon..."

"I hate elon as much as the next guy, but...."

"Look, I'm no elon fan, but..."

I'm sure you all know, but to be clear, the above are the beginnings of sentences from people who don't hate elon. They are sentences from people who like elon, but think you will hate them, or not consider their opinions, if they say out loud that they do, in fact, like elon.

On a separate but related note, this is elon speaking at a hate-filled rally featuring a series of bigoted speakers, including himself. The rally very intentionally cosplayed an American Nazi rally that famously occurred at Madison Square garden in the 1930s. To emphasize how on the nose this all was, elon wore a specially made hat - a hat that very deliberately used an especially prominent font from the Nazi era. They are literally SCREAMING it in your face and tattooing it on their foreheads

elon has done nothing good or admirable with his life and elon will will not do anything good or admirable with his life. You can't compartmentalize your opinion on this, he sucks, on the whole.

The registered republican voter records are available for purchase - that list is such a gold mine of warm, qualified leads of the dumbest people. Cross reference above a certain threshold for affluent zip codes and split by age and you're now holding the keys to hate-filled grandma's pension.

With conditions that severe, do you have access to a medical transport service or an understanding friend? One way or another, have them get you to a bus depot, buy a ticket to the nearest sane state and tap their social services to help you get established with basic care - Ohio is likely beyond broken intentionally, and it might not feel like it, but you will find social systems that function (not perfectly, but function for those truly in need) in other states.

If you're in active danger, focus on moving (or being moved) away, as fast and far as you can afford.

I heard a person call into a show the other day, voice only, and talk about some poor working conditions at a factory. Made me think about how it would probably be so easy for nefarious bosses to be able to identify that person through voice recognition SW with all of the data that comes from us looking directly into cameras and speaking clearly in modern workplace meetings.

Do "anonymous" callers need to start using voice modulation software for these kinds of calls in the modern world?

Assuming to artificially secure people with new memberships through their first 4-6 weeks to establish a habit through the first billing cycle. Is this a known thing?

On a smaller scale, when the Titanic sank, I'm assuming someone inevitably got rich from the aftermath somehow?

Who are the people/groups that make up history's must successful parasites? Who "came out on top" in each instance of historical human suffering?

Hey all, I used to use a to do app and can't remember name, it was very distinct though, please help!

  • visual aesthetic was of an IRL open paper journal (distinct touch: out had a coffee stain on upper corner of the paper)
  • extremely simple, text input on lines and a checkbox to complete (animation of pen crossing by hand would play IIRC)
  • only option besides complete/delete was to move to "tomorrow". Then when you flipped the page (animation) you'd see the next day's tasks.
  • only looked at today and tomorrow in favor of simplicity
  • For some reason, I want to think it was just called "today" or "tomorrow".

Any ideas?
