Yet another "AI bad" post that I can't replicate. Not that I'm defending Google, they've been shit ever since they removed "do no evil" from their strategy, but this is silly. It takes two seconds to verify the top auto generated result when you search something, you literally just have to scroll to the second and third results. If you just take the autogenerated answer (I'm feeling lucky?) without doing any verifying then someone failed you when it comes to doing online research. And for what it's worth, within hours of this issue being discovered, it was corrected by the same system that made the erroneous claim in the first place.

Whenever this is posted, a couple Karen's crawl out of the primordial ooze to remind us they've never worked retail and are incapable of empathizing with the workers (I count 2 of them in this comment section right now). I could never work retail again, people like this are as soul crushing as the manager who will reprimand you because of their 1 star review
I very, very seldomly use it. But infighting like you're advocating for is exactly what giga corporations want us to do. What we SHOULD be doing is demanding better policies from companies, and electing officials who will enforce those demands.
The rich want us to fight each other so we forget it's us vs them and we vastly outnumber them. Don't fall for it.
IIRC, she miscarried and sued for the emotional distress of continued ads which followed the expected development of her (tragically lost) baby.
