Historically has never been "easy as fuck". this isn't their first attempt at stopping ad blockers. They can manage to do it temporarily, but ad blockers always figure out a way to get past any blocks put in place. We've seen this play out on the internet many many times in the past. Ad blockers have always won.

They already do in a few countries (you can watch 3 videos then get kicked out)

And people already figured out a way around this. They can only ever kick out adblock users temporarily, not permanently.

When I say discovery I mean it's much easier to be discovered as an artist on tumblr compared to any other website I've used.

I find it's easier to find certain new stuff if you follow the right people or look through more specific tags.

No website (that I've ever found) has quite managed to replicate how tumblr works in terms of discovery, customization, community, and organization, so some people prefer to put in the work for the sake of using a format they prefer.

Tumblr has been "on life support" for years now, if it's gonna croak then I'll believe it when I see it.

Science is about thinking. If you're not the one writing your own research, you're not the one actually thinking about it and conceptualizing it. The act of writing a research paper is just as important as the paper itself.

Not using AI to help you write at this point is you wasting valuable time.

Bro WHAT are you smoking. In academia the process of writing the paper is just as important as the paper itself, and in creative writing why would you even bother being a writer if you just had an ai do it for you? Wasting valuable time? The act of writing it is inherently valuable.

I still have this, but I have adhd so I have no idea where it is whenever I actually need it.

Idk about OP but where I live most public stalls do have indicators but not all of them. Often custom bathrooms for places like restaurants tend to be missing them since they're to some degree custom designed to match a certain aesthetic and I'm guessing in those cases indicators are easily forgotten or just left out of more niche bathroom stall door designs.

I wouldn't be surprised if this is also an issue in older bathrooms with older stall designs because I remember indicators being less common when I was a kid. But I usually knock if I'm checking a stall like that and don't try to look underneath until I've tried less invasive measures. Honestly usually you can tell just by looking at the shadows on the floor and seeing if there's any movement or not, without having to bend over to check for feet.

I mean, I'm a couch potato the same age as them and I'm completely pain free.

I'm relatively sedentary and don't exercise much and I'm completely pain free in my 30s so I feel like that's not the only factor.
