Listen fam I know we need to condemn the war crimes and violence of both sides. But a message we can rally behind was taught to me by The Kavernacle.
Hamas is, like the IRA, an extreme and desperate response to dehumanizing conditions laid out by Israel. Israel has put these people into worse than third world conditions. They use Hamas as a wedge to treat all Gazans worse. Israel has the power in this situation.

What angers me is the capital deciding to control everything. Enshittifying ads, pushing narratives, censoring valuable content. If it were a worse service but with better owners, I'd pay more.

You're right, I haven't dropped Youtube - but I've added Nebula. It's not gonna be long now before either my last youtube-only creator moves to Nebula or I find some way to get an ad-free provider to play on my TV. Then I can finally unsubscribe from YT.

Thank you for doing this work. I tried Ubuntu dual booted in 2011 and loved it but gave it up when windows re-wrote the boot. I finally got a linux machine when I got a second PC. I think laptops and phones are the best bolster to linux - you can troubleshoot on a second screen instead of getting soft-locked while doing a base install to a mission critical computer.
