Does anyone have a good source for digitized comics in bulk? I'm tired of paying the corpos for subscriptions and in a dreamworld I'd find the whole backlogs by publisher in decent resolution and format.

Ik getcomic you can download stuff. I'd like to know where to get Manga in bulk. I have tachiyomi but it gets rate limited if you download a lot

Not sure about a do-all solution for the Manga side of things other than some outdated archive torrents or things hidden in the depths of usenet, but a free program called FMD2 can automate the downloading and CBZ-ifying of manga from hundreds of sources. it can act like a sonarr for manga once set up with series you follow and of course you can bulk download just at a slower rate due to the same limiting.

Really? Guess I haven't been downloading much....only a few manga with 500+ chapters and page counts in the thousands, in the span of a day. Still not been capped.

@yuunikki Nice, this is a great trove. I thought initially that they only had single issues, but it looks like there is pretty good selection of full story lines. Thanks for replying.

I get my comics on getcomisc.org or Soulseek. The first one has good sources and a few collections, although nothing I'd call an actual "bulk". With Soulseek you can download the batches of your choice.

Tachiyomi is a great android app for comics/manga. I've been using it for years.

@ThrowawayAfterDark Nice, this is perfect. Can you recommend any extensions for American comics?
