Two years of negotiations - that’s absurd. How many games/products have been released under the MS umbrella in that same span?

Companies: I know you don’t care, but you can easily treat your employees as shareholders and deliver value to them, just the same as delivering value to customers. You release products iteratively, just treat the people helping to make it happen with some dignity and deliver to them as well.

Good for them. The gaming industry has needed better worker protections for decades. Healthier developers are more creative developers.
