Yes, although if you take it from your own streaming or something there may be watermarks to identify you. If you just repost from clearweb torrents you'll be fine.

Yes, as long as you practice good OPSec.

The first mistake you made was to ask about it. While logical to ask since you probably didn't know, you now have an increased risk of linkability. Is the risk enough of a threat? Your threat model and OPSec will determine that.

If your goal is wanting to avoid being identified, planning starts before doing any prior actions.

Don't know why you're getting downvoted. This makes perfect sense to me. Overkill? Maybe. Maybe not. We don't know what this guys needs are.

Perfectly valid points,imo.

To continue with this, there is currently a major court battle to identify users that posted on a piracy subreddit, and there will be more, similar cases.

OP has been very vague about what you're trying to do, which is good - Nintendo, Adobe, Sony, etc can't reasonably claim to be victims to get a court order. But if there are other links to them, including other posts, there could be orders to unmask in order to show intent.

I'd say yes. The user base / visibility of i2p torrent is pretty limited though. You can have a look at the Postman i2p tracker.

Torrents by themselves don't do anything, you need someone to seed it, either trough i2p or another way.

Depending on what it is, publishing on i2p could just be a way to get it out there initially after which other interested parties would seed it elsewhere

It's possible, there's just not enough users to make it worth it right now
