Quit a job last week, on my fourth morning, this hits very close to home

I'm starting somewhere new tomorrow, I'm looking forward to not being management anymore. Going from managing 30+ people to being bottom of the ladder in a small warehouse. It's going to be so much better. I don't need the headaches and the endless meetings.
