Confirmed cheater Billy Mitchell? That's the one to mean, right? The disgraced former record-holding cheater?
But Twin Galaxies' own lawyer, David Tashroudian, faced misconduct claims of his own after he improperly contacted two witnesses in the case — prompting Superior Court Judge Wendy Chang, who's overseeing the case, to consider referring him to the State Bar for discipline.
I'm no lawyer, but this seems like small potatoes in comparison to Mitchell's actively fabricating evidence and lying under oath. Absolutely shameful that after years of litigation TG's case falls apart thanks to an idiot lawyer. Hope that lawyer gets paid nothing and Jobst's lawsuit goes better; Mitchell needs to see real consequences for the years of intimidation and lies.
Can't wait to see the Karl Jobst update video for this.
Hello legends...
Hello you absolute legends.
Both sides really botched the discovery process.
They were scheduled for court this coming Thursday.
They, however, reached a settlement that is undisclosed.
I don't know for sure, but I'm pretty sure Peter Dinklage's character in Pixels was based on him.
You'd be correct. And he was a cheater in that movie as well.
We should start saying that kid that got the ~~Pac man~~ Tetris kill screen is the greatest arcade game player in history. Just to piss this weird old man with a dyed "beard" and cheap AF looking American flag tie.
Tetris? The recent record?
Yeah that one, couldn't remember which kill screen it was.
The Level 157 kill screen. Level 29 was called a kill screen because it's nearly unplayable. But around 2019, it was becoming routine for matches to be decided in post-29 play. The level 29 killscreen was jokingly dubbed the thrillscreen. (don't worry. the name didn't last.)
NES Tetris is pretty nuts. Here is the 100 lines speedrun record for anyone who may care.
