Yes, this one will likely be so much more fun than you are expecting. I loved it.
Truly recommend this, fun and touching.
I wasn't expecting much but really was one of my fave films of the year.
LOTR extended edition, any or all of them
Didn't read the time piece. Super Mario Brothers movie is pretty good
Already seen it with the older daughter, it was pretty good.
I've already seen it.
So? You only watch good movies once...?
Yes? Actually I only watch any movies once.
In the end the baby fell asleep at 11:30 pm so there was no time for any movie left, we fell asleep exhausted. But we downloaded some of your suggestions so perhaps one of us will have time to watch something on the plane.
Thanks for engaging and giving so many different tips!
I heard Barbie is pretty good. It's only 2 hours, and it premieres on HBO Max today.
Does Netflix have The Man From Earth?
Sadly no, I guess I'd need to find it somewhere at the seven seas.
Try movie-web.app
If you're sailing anyways...
Moon with Sam Rockwell
Midsommar
What we do in the Shadows (the original movie, not saying the tv series is bad)
For "seasonal appropriate" - White Christmas
For "silly appropriate" - Any of the old "Road To" movies.
This is spinal tap, Metallica's some kind of monster or This is Anvil.
It's the same film, one is a mocumentary, the other is an unintentional comedy because no one is self aware, and the other is a self aware comedy documentary.
I've already seen it.
All three? Damn, you've got good taste
2012 Ice Age of course.
We'we already seen it.
Baby Oopsie
This looks terrifying :D
It's... a lot of things
In the Tall Grass is very good, though it's 1h 41m
Palm Springs
You could watch Pitch Black (not sure if it's on Netflix). Vin Diesel kills it as the main character
how are you traveling? snakes on a plane; airplane!; speed; planes, trains and automobiles; air force one; pelham 123..., all good 'pre-trip' movies, and each worthy of a re-watch.
8-Bit Christmas is, in my opinion, an instant classic. A lot of people still haven't seen it since it's pretty new, but definitely worth a watch.
Home Alone
Leave the World Behind is 2h20 but it's really good, if you're into psychological horror.
I actually wanted to see it but fiance doesn't want to watch movies which ale < 7 on IMDB. I guess I'll need to watch it myself some day.
I've stopped giving a fuck about IMDB ratings. So many great movies I would have missed.
I totally agree, she doesn't though ^^
Probably too late, but I recommend Klaus on Netflix.
The Yugoslavian film Underground, if you can find it. Hilarious and heartbreaking by turns, with a splash of Magical Realism.
