NSFW comments should be restricted to posts tagged [NSFW].

“Action over anxiety.”
Another Lemmy user (@[email protected]) posted this, learned it from his mum. I’ve been really trying to take this to heart. Instead of spinning in circles, I try to do something about it. If I can’t, then there isn’t anything I can do to change it at that point and just need to wait. It gives some relief to me at least.
