I wonder for what you get a slap on the wrist and a fine and for what prison/jail time when participating.
What we do here with piracy for mostly personal gain is petty at best. That comment excludes the uploaders of such content.
Its not illegal if you don't get caught... And especially not when you aren't in Korea where the "crime" is committed...
Sailors do not enable abuse nor condone getting yourself locked up.
