I looked it up once - apparently mosquitos are an important food source for birds, bats, frogs, and the larvae is eaten by fish.
I'm willing to take the risk. Those creatures can eat something else.
Maybe an infinity gauntlet that targets half the mosquito population in the universe with one snap?

Wouldn't take that long, like maybe at maximum 50 snaps. It's the same reason mlm scheme's not only don't work but can't work.
