The Boys spoilers
The top frame features Homelander. The bottom has Soldier Boy. Soldier Boy is Homelander's biological father. They used his sperm. I don't remember if they altered it but it was definitely originally sperm from Soldier Boy.
Basically Homelander views himself as an upgrade of Soldier Boy but Soldier Boy views Homelander as a cheap knockoff of Soldier Boy.
If they changed DotA 2 to DotA then the meme would make more sense. DotA 2 and LoL are both successors to the original DotA map from WC3. If Homelander and Soldier Boy were brothers then it would make sense.
