You're asking why someone would hack one of the most evil organisations on earth?
Slow your roll there, Vlad. You have a whole other country to finish invading first.

Oh the motive is probably because NATO is an organisation that overthrows governments like Libya. They probably wanted to see what NATO was planning on doing in Niger or another country they want to exploit.
