Westerners always seem to be surprised every time Marxists prove to have a better understanding of Political Economy and how to better utilize it.
They also seem surprised when a non-white country proves to have a better understanding of, well, anything.
All the time, like clockwork, haha. Western Exceptionalism clouds everything westerners see.
