In the US? I don't think this shirt would violate any law or get you arrested. There was that guy with the "I eat ass" bumper sticker that got arrested for profanity but the state attorney dropped it because it probably is protected free speech.

Sure. But interestingly, in many jurisdictions, you can't be an ableist prick on a bumper sticker.
