I have a tooth infection and can't be seen until Thursday. I have had 3 cups of luke warm coffee and a glass of water. if I had some soup or broth I would try that but my cupboard is about bare these days as I live paycheck to paycheck.
If you have cloves in your pantry and a spare teabag, you can make a little spice pouch snus that will numb the area and take a little of the pain away. Ibuprofen only does so much, especially for teeth stuff, and clove can give a little extra relief. Not a doctor, just someone that never had insurance til recently.
I have Oragel and learned to put some on a q tip and keep it on the tooth to make it last longer.
