I write it down on my phone - then proceed to not check my phone, almost every time ༎ຶ‿༎ຶ
I forget what I need while im halfway through writing my list.
Its ok though I normally remember at 2:17am whole lying awake staring at the ceiling.
Yeah... why do we do that? Like why do I literally forget completely that I wrote a shopping list. It's so consistent
