As one who is the child of divorce, this is super simple. Have the details settled in the divorce documents and DON'T USE YOUR CHILDREN AS TOOLS TO SPITE YOUR EX.
Ahh, if only all parents actually followed the divorce agreement and weren't litigious monsters.
