Well, I'll wait with it for now. Not too long ago, I installed Ubuntu on my spare laptop, but I don't really use it that often. And before I do switch, I'll probably go through everything I use and see what the Linux alternative is, unless of course it already works on it.

I've been thinking about Windows 10 and how it's support is gonna end in 2025. Might install a Linux distro once it's time.

They have small hands, good for fitting into pockets. Turn them into little pickpockets.

So is it better to min-max everything? Including the videos that you might watch?

YouTube announced two new experimental generative AI features today. Premium subscribers can soon try AI-generated comment summaries organized by topic, and a chatbot that answers questions about videos.

At this point why would you watch the video when you can have a shitty AI summary of the whole thing. Great idea.

Ok honest question. Do Brits only let the tea soak for like 2-5 minutes? I always let it soak for longer, like 15 minutes otherwise I think it just doesn't taste as good.

Edit: I probably should have clarified that, when I say 15 minutes, I was thinking about teabags. I only use teabags for stuff like lavender tea etc. Also I would never let black tea soak for 15 minutes, I've accidentally been there. Can't recommend it.

It's a net positive if those people are able to transition into other roles/ jobs.

I would love to use it, instead of YouTube but two things hold me back.

  1. Sometimes I like to just browse the home page and watch some recommended videos, and Freetube does not have that.
  2. Blocking channels with Freetube is kinda bothersome. Having to copy-paste the name of every channel I don't want to see is tedious, especially since I use the Blocktube extension, and at this point have hundreds of channels blocked. I would be happy if there was a similar option in Freetube, or if I could import my blocklist from BlockTube.
