Where do you listen to YouTube Music? You can use PanoScrobbler on Android Or Web Scribbler extension if you listen in your browser

It's legal if it's in the sales contract. Usually there is a timeframe.

You should look into Ferrari and their rules. They are even crazier than Tesla for things like this.

I do secret Santa with my family so I only have to get my cousin a gift. He built a race car in the past year so I had a guy on fiverr make artwork of it and then had it printed and framed
