Why would you be so sure it's not intentional?
In my country insurances won't let you buy one that is necessary-to-drive by adding such "bugs" and impossible captchas for newbie drivers and motorcyclists. Works like a charm in a court - they just say it was a bug
So what? In the past people had books and magazines Before that people asked relatives or their parents
It's just a different method of passing on the knowledge. Nothing changed with smartphones - just a different way to exchange information that can't appear in your head by itself
I wrote my own software and used commercial plotter (from 90s - it is way faster than 3d printer) in order to achieve result that can make teacher believe that it was written. In my language it is required for letters to be connected when handwritten (my program does it), there are different variations for each letter that are stretched and rotated during generation (I used pen tablet in order to input them)
It was written mostly when I was in 10-11th grade (that's why the code is spaghetti) and I indeed wasted much more time than I would if I did my homework like a normal person

And totally not safe for everyday driving to me. Even if the biker himself is a good one ,dumbass right next to him might crush him any second
