I do think you should consult with a physical therapist. That said, I think machines are going to help you a lot.

With inured wrists you could do a lot with a cable machine and a wrist attachment. You could use a pec dec machine and your forearms to work your chest.

For legs you could try leg curls and leg extensions if you can lift far enough away from your ankle.

I don't regard AthleanX as a good source of information. He made a name for himself creating fake things to worry about and none of his programs help people reach a definable goal.

Spiritfarer. Got to a point where I couldn't figure out how to progress and it's not super easy to Google how. How do you Google the exact state of a game that you're in and what you're supposed to do next?

I have a Garmin venu 3, it's positioned as the most smart watch / lifestyle focused of the Garmin lineup. I like it for measuring sleep, body battery, steps, playing golf, and reading notifications without pulling out my phone. The gentle reminders to get steps in for the day, weekly active minutes, and sleep quality have genuinely improved my health.

That said it annoys me that they offer no OS or feature upgrades throughout the life of the watch. They do some bug fixes but that's it.

How would you make money yourself?

Awesome. Been looking to move on from Nova, but that will be bittersweet after we've been together for so long.

I'm not great with Docker or networking, so when I picked up an n100 mini pc for self hosting I installed Ubuntu and Tipi to get started.

I used Tipi to install Immich and forwarded my ports, then setup cloudflare tunneling to expose it to the internet. Currently I'm migrating from Google Photos.

But since I'm new to this I'm worried about exposing Immich to the internet without really knowing what I'm doing. Any suggestions on ways to monitor my setup to make sure nothing goes wrong or gets hacked? Ideally any application suggestions would come from the Tipi app store but I'm willing to learn if there's no other option. Thanks!

I also reached out to them on Twitter but they directed me to this form. I followed up with them on Twitter with what happened in this screenshot but they are now ignoring me.
