What if you couldnt be sure if phonecall from your friend was actually from your friend or if you cant be sure about any picture shown to you if its actually about some real thing.
Things you need to be able to trust in daily life dont have to be court-level evidence. That is what abuse of ai will take from us.
What is really scary to me is that many people dont see billionaires as they are, especially since they want to be rich themselves and likely look up to them like some twisted rolemodels.
Ultimately, we are at the mercy of the masses and those masses are somewhat controlled by few people. If somehow people want to start using those implants, those who dont want to will be pressured to get one too.
Even better way to enslave people than tying basic things like food, water and shelter to money and controlling how to get money. You will have to pay anything you are told or you will die and/or suffer. Try to rebel in any way and its kill or pain switch for you or refusal of service if its too early for that.

You cant get that kind of money without being piece of shit humanbeing. You need to constantly look out for opportunities to exploit others and how could you even do that if you have any shred of empathy or decency. Not sure if they were like this from the beginning or if they became like this when they got enough money or if its influence from their family, but we will all suffer under their rule.
Yes, but reason why people dont already consider pictures irrelevant is that it takes time and effort to manipulate a picture. With ai not only is it fast it can be automated. Of course you shouldnt accept something so unreliable as legal evidence but this will spill over to everything else too
it wouldnt be label, that wouldnt do anything since it could just be erased. It should be something like invisible set of pixels on pictures or some inaudible soundpattern on sounds that can be detected in some way.
While this is good thing, not being able to tell what is real and what is not would be disaster. What if every comment here but you were generated by some really advanced ai? What they can do now will be laughable compared to what they can do many years from now. And at that point it will be too late to demand anything to be done about it.
Ai generated content should have somekind of tag or mark that is inherently tied to it that can be used to identify it as ai generated, even if only part is used. No idea how that would work though if its even possible.
