Digital format wars were a thing while Blockbuster was still around. They know both

Money doesn't come from the users, it comes from the advertisers. The platform is already in the hole but it's getting worse over time
Honestly I'd rather it was the manufacturer etc selling directly online rather than through Amazon.
Wait until we get a seller HYUNDAISHOPCH that has 5/5 ratings but sends you a scale model car instead, them you find out the ratings were for carpets not cars.
Honestly yeah. Saw it in theatres. Somehow the US has the most powerful military tech, with the enemy having advanced AI but also living in barely better than mud huts. Effects wise it's good, but the plot just doesn't stick together in any meaningful way and the acting reminds me of a bad TV drama
It would be cool to bring back for apartment buildings though
I could likely finish my actual work in less than my allotted work week, but the rest of the time is spent on meetings, waiting on tasks that depend on others before I can move forward, and a lot of general bureaucracy. Sometimes my weeks are quite idle, and other times they're overstacked.
Rather than take chances with a second job, I try to will the spare time with updating documentation, learning, etc
Does Google do credit (other than prepaid cards)? I'm pretty sure Amazon does payment plans do they're more bank-like. Google has GPay so they're tied in more like with credit card companies, though AFAIK you do still need an actual linked card to make purchases with that.
Xbox360 managed both. You either plugged in the pack with two AAA's or you could use the one with a rechargeable battery that fit the exact same slot.
Seems a good compromise to me.
Meanwhile, Sony went with an internal battery but had a standard USB connector.
Nowadays, you can get an Xbone controller and still choose a replaceable battery pack or a rechargeable one, and it has a USB-C connector. Standard connector, choose of battery feels like a good way to go for me.
This seems more about repair notifications target than the repairs themselves. Personally, so long as the technicians in the shop aren't locked out by proprietary controls from diagnostics on-site, I couldn't give a damn if the dealership is getting the wireless "notifications" or not.
My dealership tells us about lots of things we "need done". I take the vehicle to a trusted mechanic who either does the work or tells me when they're full of shit
And they gave up on it, at least for now, because not unexpectedly it was a terrible fucking idea
Yeah. I up a DVD set on Amazon and they were fairly believable except for the party where they wouldn't actually play on i.e. a PlayStation, and the disc title when inserted into a PC ended in .ISO
