You could run GPT4All apparently you can put files into it's folder (there's a specific one) and it will be able to pull data from it. Maybe this would be a good contender, dont know what size documents it can take though.

I think the Consent-O-Matic extension saved me for this one
I've taken notes on a surface pro using Onenote (win10 version), but idk how close it is to the android version

Right now it's not as bad, but soon we wont be able to tell whether robocalls are humans or not.
