I started in 2006 web design & development, worked till 2019 when my company dissolved, 5 months before the pandemic.

I moved out of the city and I’m fixing rusty old cars for peanuts. It’s nice, but can still be stressful. Just in a totally different way.

If he left a solid red or blue state, it doesn’t really matter. Our minority representation, first pst the pole voting and electoral college means that a lot of smart people from cities or solid blue areas can leave and nothing will change.

Plus OP’s an outlier, most of us can’t afford to relocate like this.

At least the charging network. We can buy it off Tesla no problem (we already have them a $17 million down payment).

Then start printing up new stickers to cover the Tesla logos.

I don’t even own an EV and I support funding this. It’s probably cheaper than the existing charger network plan anyway and would allow actually standardizing around the smaller smarter Tesla plugs too.

I could imagine them letting AI (or offshore workers) manage everything, and keeping the managers around with chatbots reporting in to the managers, so they wouldn’t know they were being replaced.

And not being a raging narcissist. But then he wouldn’t be a billionaire, so it would be a win win.

If your kids Aren’t too big, Hey Duggee is a good one too!

My kid still say squirrel like the b narrator from that show and it’s annoyingly cute.

The alt text isn’t aging as well. USB-C might be it. But in actuality I suspect USB-A will never die.

Sorry but Return to Cookie Mountain fromTV on the Radio is great, and staring at the sun was on their first album. But I was at peak concert going age in 2003 when that came out so I’m biased toward that.

Seeds is my second favorite album (after Cookie) and still pretty underrated though.

How many chassis are you on? Or do you live outside the rust belt.

Manna got rampant capitalism + AI pretty close, and has predicted McDonalds payment kiosks, Amazon worker abuse, and probably some of the tech layoffs too.

So I grew up in the Midwes, then move to New England and there, everyone called Bavarian cream donuts, Boston cream donuts.

After looking it up, turns out the first Bavarian cream recipes in the US were found in the Boston School cookbooks.
