Would be nice with activity pub support for sharing planned and recorded trails. Cone to think of it. Does it make that distinction? Planned vs recorded? How about a planning, route finding mode?

DX is for smartphones, XC isn't
Remember when YouTube had a use full real name policy? Arguing it would improve comment quality and would stop harassment etc. Yeah, didn't quite work out at all and thankfully they let the policy fizzle.
Know many people who bought Threema on Google Play
Endless paper and needle printers? Using a floppy? Well I'm glad not to have to use those anymore.
If you can get away with it, just don't buy printers.
Noisy? Bit odd to call it that. Also, from my perception they were always present with regularly published news about how they improve or just update/change their service.
