ive been using thescore, notis can be adjusted pretty well, always worked great for me. against ads id recommend setting up dns to block them all.

for tubi any free vpn will work to unrestrict i believe; id recommend windscribe for example. hbo stuff you should find on pretty much any torrent/stream site. hope that helps
