It would, however, seem like a straight line to whoever was on the boat, because they'd be traveling due west the whole time, and the course corrections they'd have to make to keep going west would look the same as course corrections needed to account for wind, ocean currents, etc.

Last I checked Facebook had the most active users it ever had. I don't like Facebook either, but it's also sad so many people here live in such a bubble that they think they're part of some big movement of people ditching Facebook.
I know how to read and write in cursive but there are still a lot of people whose handwriting I can't read because it's so sloppy and idiosyncratic. A chart wouldn't help me.
Supposedly they don't deflate, but the plastic stretches. Also it can be a problem if the air cools overnight.

It does have to be free. It's open source software. If they tried to charge money for Chrome, people would just use Chromium or one of the other browsers based on it.
I've been using it for the last few months, and while it doesn't offer as many "nice to have" features as Google (like automatically finding mask results need in where you are), the core functionality works great, and the lack of ads is refreshing.
You night want to look for one without aluminum. I got a nasty infection when I used a normal antiperspirant but the aluminum-free stuff doesn't cause me any trouble.
